In other news, my first house dramas are not over as I'd thought. I just got notice that I'm being taken to the Tenancy Tribunal. I think I have a 50/50 chance of winning (of course I'm 100% right!), but at this point I have nothing to gain (except the experience) since I have my bond back. If I lose it will be a couple thousand dollars. Monday 2 April, 11:15 am Sydney time... wish me luck. I'm going to go to hearings next Monday to see what it is like. Meanwhile Karen and I are going camping at Jervis Bay this weekend, even though the forecast is for rain.

So, how'd it go? Did you win? Did the judge wear a big powdered wig? It seems like something the Australians would do.
